Chestnut Homecare was established in 2009 after recognising a high demand for quality homecare providers in Lincolnshire. With a passion for care, a mother and son partnership signalled the birth of a small and personal family company. After several years of growth, a dedicated team now work from the main office base in Kirmington, North Lincolnshire. Covering all areas of Northern Lincolnshire with care staff, and with a hands on, combined experience in the care sector of almost 50 years, we are confident that we can

1. We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.


2.Payment seven days after invoice date.


3.In the unlikely event that a client makes a duplicate payment for the same invoice, Chestnuthomecare Limited will process a refund within 7 working days following a written request by the client. The refund may be processed sooner if Chestnuthomecare Limited identify the duplicate payment. Invoice queried after payment made:

4.If a client pays an invoice and subsequently then believes the invoice to be inaccurate, the invoice query will need to be raised with the local Interserve Healthcare Limited branch team to be investigated and resolved. If a refund is approved following investigation, the refund will be processed within 7 working days of the query being satisfactorily resolved.
